Master has air conditioning while the other 2 have new ceiling fans. Soak in the tub, or step out of the custom shower onto the heated tile floors in the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen for you to cook all your meals. Small desk for you to work while you enjoy the view. Laundry room w/ sink in suite.

Sound Experience

Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine
