The house sits within minutes of The Hoosier National Forest offering hiking / fishing and a peaceful atmosphere, 50 minutes from Holiday World, and 55 minutes from French Lick. Come explore downtown Newburgh and with easy access to multiple sites in Evansville the location is fantastic! So many family amenities with no stairs inside house, stroller, pack-n-play, outlet covers, kids books, and highchair provided!

Christmas Cottage

One block away from Holiday World! This house is a close walk to the park and a 5m drive to Lincoln Boyhood National Park and many other attractions. The house has been lovingly prepared for a Christmas theme and is ready for guests with comfy bedding, updated kitchen and bathroom, large indoor and outdoor gathering area, and all sparkling clean. This house converts from an 8 person (upstairs only) to a 12-14 person (add 4 beds, bathroom, additional kitchenette, and washer and dryer).

30 minutes from French Lick 13 miles to Paoli peaks ski resort This old 1880 house has just been restored! Has hardwood floors including the grand staircase and upstairs hall. The bedrooms carpeted. All 3 bathrooms have tiled floors and classic tile showers. The master bathroom has a bathtub and shower . The kitchen is fully functional. The dining room table seats 10 and the great room has 2 couches and 2 chairs and a glider rocker. 1 couch is hidabed 2 sleeping bags in closet
