You will be just steps from the beach. Listen to the waves crashing and watch the dolphins playing. You can't beat our location as we are right in the heart of Downtown Carlsbad Village with many award-winning restaurants, coffee houses and boutique shopping all within walking distance. Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes.
