Amenities at North Coast Village include patios and balconies overlooking the ocean, direct beach access, 24-hour security, a heated pool and jacuzzi, exercise gym room, recreation game rooms, putting greens, fitness center, and an outdoor BBQ grill area supplied with beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boggie boards, etc. The lush tropical grounds with its waterfalls and soothing koi ponds, make this community a serene place to vacation. Only 45 minutes to Disneyland, 30 minutes to Seaworld, and Legoland is only 10 minutes away, no pets & no smoking. Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.
