My bright & airy basement suite has an open concept living area with various amenities including hotplate, fridge, air fryer, 55" tv with premium cable & Firestick along with reliable internet. The breathtaking views of the river can be enjoyed from the large yard. We are very close to the tracks trains go by 3 or 4 times a day. We are a non-smoking property.

The cottage has a large wrap around and lower east and south facing deck from which you can enjoy the sun and watch the boaters who regularly enjoy the river. We have provided comfortable patio furniture and a outdoor fire pit and Weber barbecue to add to your comfortable stay. Enjoy the 200 foot private beach where there is swimming as well as a boat mooring during the boating season.
