The Wood Pile Inn getaway

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This historic cabin built in 1920 was recently refurbished to its old charm with some modern upgrades for your comfort. The original owner of the Cabin was an author named Catherine Woods. She wrote the very first book on the history of Palomar Mountain; Teepee to Telescope. You'll find a copy in the cabin for a good read.Lots of natural light make this little cabin feel spacious, the windows throughout the cabin offer a beautiful forest view.

Why coyote den? Because they live at the edge of the property! You have nothing to worry about though...they tend to shy away from people. But you may hear them and may see them. Your place is located on top of a hill on 2 1/2 acres. This is an older home in a great location. You are a bike ride distance to all the wineries and walking distance to a few. One of the best views on the Mountain in this spacious cabin! Twin Oaks, built in 1921, has been very nicely remodeled. The original flooring that came from wood milled locally is kept in most of the cabin. Enjoy comfort, coziness and the beauty of the Mountain! This cabin can sleep 4 people: the master bedroom has a Cal king bed, and the sunroom has 2 twin beds... You can sleep an additional 2 in the loft queen bed. But this is only accessible for an additional fee ($25/night) beauty

The loft-style Cozy Cabin is uniquely private for the Pine Cove area and a short drive to downtown Idyllwild. Its nestled on a half-acre of wooded land to ensure lots of time to disconnect in peace. For the cold nights, a wood burning stove and heater provide warmth and comfort, along with lots of blankets. A coffee bar and complimentary snacks are there for the taking. Treetop Hideout is a classic alpine chalet perched high on the ridge overlooking Idyllwild village, surrounded by panoramic views of the San Jacinto mountains. This secluded, quiet little cabin is for all forest lovers, but would be most enjoyed by folks with an adventurous spirit (see Winter Access). You will be greeted with the stillness of the woods, sunrise + sunset views from two cantilevered balconies, all while wrapped in a cozy, luxurious interior.
