"There is something to be said about Linda’s home and the way it pulls in the beauty of the desert into every room of the house. It is as if the outside is some how inside. It is extremely special. The off grid feature is still very secure with the certainty of water, electricity and wifi. Linda has been extremely easy and quick with her communication, before and during my trip. (Thanks Linda!) I recommend staying here as long as you possibly can. I also recommend food shopping before arriving at the house. You will not regret buying firewood while you’re at it. It can get pretty cold inside in the winter. There is a Vons on 29 Palms. I think that’s the closest super market. It will take you around 20 minutes to get there from the house."
