The Model Bakery makes great fresh sour dough and french bread and and the best English Muffin you’ll ever eat. Gott’s serves classic American Hamburgers and other fare. Hog Island makes a great clam chowder and of course serves fresh oysters from Tomales Bay. C Casa Taqueria has a healthy line up of rotisserie chicken and duck along with creative Mexican fare. Milestone Provisions serves up Five Dot Ranch meat has a great butcher shop for grilling your own. A good selection of cheeses and wine tasting can be found at Oxbow Cheese. Fresh sushi can be enjoyed at Eiko’s at Oxbow or downtown on 1st St. You can also enjoy pizza at Live Fire and a beer at the Fieldworks (moved outside the main building now in its own space). Kara’s cupcakes for dessert or treat yourself to a box of Annette’s Chocolates at Oxbow or their downtown Napa location on 1st St. Top it off with the best coffee in Napa at Ritual. Hudson Greens and Goods is a specialty grocer with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables from local farms. The CIA Copia across the parking lot offers fine dining and casual dining as well with outdoor seating. Don’t forget to check out the kitchen utensil museum upstairs at CIA Copia as well. Now open at Oxbow is Lovski Jew-ish Deli by Michelin 3 star Meadowood chef Christopher Kostow. Great bagels (made at Charter Oak Restaurant) with lox (try it with yellow chive cream cheese) topped perfectly with pickled red onion, capers and dill, Potato Latkes, White Fish Salad, and a killer Corned Beef sandwich on Rye with coleslaw and Swiss cheese.
