Must see if you want to understand why state of Israel was established.
It has magnificent archaeological collection, as well as world class art collection, beautiful sculpture garden with views of the city, large outdoor model of the Jerusalem Temple. And the spectacular Dome of the Book with the Dead Sea Scrolls. There are excellent cafe and restaurant which i highly recommend.

Very colorful market with high quality foods of all kinds. You can eat there in many little restaurants like my favorite Azura and even open stalls like my favorite Jahnun Bar. You can get to it easily by light rail near my house.
