Sightseeing
It is just walking distance from you, there is a lots of history, several museums, labyrinth, charming cobber stone streets, beautiful Mathias Church, the castle hill funicular that will take you down to Chain Bridge. Must see place! Ether by foot or take the palace bus nr 16...
I don't recommend eating up here though, as it is way over priced, but under the Castle hill you find the Riso Restaurant which is one of my favorites, it is pretty close to the apartment as well...
