I love the dunes and see. And here you can cycle or wander or go by horse. Actually the last thing is recommended because you have more chance of seeing wildlife by horse. It's quite a ride to this area by bike but you can rent bikes in the beautiful town of Bergen or take one of the many walkingroutes.

The most hip place at the beach, just a little more quiet than Zandvoort. On sunny days it's recommended to be early if you want some quietness. Staying till sunset is highly recommended!

The dutch greenhouses are worldfamous. This area has so many of them that from outerspace you can see it light up! But you don't have to go to outer space to see it, it's just around the corner. By bike, car or public transport easy to be reached.

If you've never seen a big, modern harbour, now is your chance! You dock behind the central station and from there go to places that are restricted for huge containerships and Cruiseships. Offcourse, Rotterdam harbour is more overwhelming, that would be a highly recommended daytrip for everyone!
