Long time ago is open small hut with small pond to safe the turtle eggs n after they released its. About 3 years ago 1 foreigner break this place n stole the Turtle. So now they make with wall fence, still small building but you can visit it when you are jogging or walking around the beach. There are some local food street, cheap price.

When a foreigner was felt in love with Balinese girl n marry her n made beautiful painting. It can be bring you to see old Bali through painting. Spesiality of his painting is Balinese women.

Or you go to Cemara street if want to shop at Supermarket, name is Popular. There is a restaurant Puerta 26 for aged steak ((Expensive). If want to try local ordinary people with cheap price, go to Danau Poso street (from the lane Gg I turn right passing by Taksu). In the morning 8 am to noon for Bali nasi campur you go to Kania, a small warung after Blanjong. Tell them you want to order 1 nasi campur, pork or chicken (choose) for idr 15.000 or 20.000 (about 1 USD plus) with lawar. Drink is Orange juice or tea around idr 7000 to 3000. Then there is Javanese food: Warung Jawa Bu Slamet close by, they put some foods in the glass cabinet so you can see it. They you just pointing what kind you want, they will take a portion in 1 plate. Then they give you some papers to show how much you should pay later after you finish eat the food. Price around 1 to 4 dolar include drink, depend on how many n what kind you eat. The good thing is, price is the same for local n new comel foreigner. You also can buy fruits, raw eggs, garlic, ginger, onion, etc and some local snacks/chip, cheap local price. Another local food is Warung Padang also at Danau Poso street, close to Sanur beer garden and some bars (next to No name bar). They sell food signature of Sumatera island, especially Padang city. One of the famous one is Beef Rendang. Price also the same for local n foreigner.
There is also pharmacy n clinic if need general practioner doctor in Sanur. Also at Danau Poso street, the same side with Glow spa. Another pharmacy is Kimia Farma. And still in Danau Poso street, Circle K minimart is open 24 hours. They alao sell fast food (microwave), Coffee n beer. Usually buy cheap beer to drink in your room at Orange minimart or Toko Kitta. Ohhh... and not forget the famous Massimo restaurant in Sanur for gelato (and cheap, start idr 20.000 for 2 scoops) and many choices for gelato flavour.

Free /cheap bus
There is Teman Bus apps. Goverment Bali provide bus to go some place like Ubud Monkey forest. Until end of 2022 is free. Only the route at the moment not practice yet. For example from Sanur to Ubud Monkey Forest you need to go to Lumintang, in North Denpasar to find the bus Teman to go Ubud. But nice to try to go around if you have free time in Sanur.
Another cheap transport is Prama mini bus. To go Amed , or Ubud or Singaraja/Lovina. There is time table and meeting pick up point.
