With all of this taken into consideration, it's a beautiful hike showing part of the best of Door County! Nicolet Bay, within the park, has a swimming beach with kayak rentals and usually a food truck or two. Northern Sky Theater puts on family-friendly performances (tickets needed in advance). In the winter, bring birdseed (left for you at the cabin) along; birds eat out of your hands just outside the Nature Center.
