Getting Around
One of my favorite biking routes is the Rock Creek Park Trail. I go from home to the National Mall, all the way from the Capital to the Lincoln Memorial, and then take the trail along the Potomac River to Georgetown. Spectacular views by the river, and once you're in Georgetown, you can enjoy a great meal or shopping in that classy, more upscale neighborhood.

Union Station is the central transit center in DC, and located just a few blocks from my home. Bus, Amtrak, other rail, and Metro all stop here. The architecture is also beautiful.
