Sugar Hollow is a much loved hiking, fishing and swimming hole spot (Blue Hole and Snake Hole). When you arrive at the dam to the reservoir, continue driving straight on the gravel road to the parking area.

Mint Sprints Park has two areas for fishing (Bass and Trout generally) as well as 5 miles of hiking/running trails that combine flat with some steep elevation changes. This is one of our local favorites. Also, there is a swimming section of one of the lakes if you are visiting in the Summer. Mint Springs is a very peaceful place to escape to, especially in the early morning.

Humpback Rocks is a fantastic (challenging) hike which is a 39-minute drive from the property. The hike is a little over 1 mile and has a significant elevation increase over that mile. In the warmer months, go early to avoid the crowds.
