*****One of our personal favorites, this place is great for breakfast or dinner. Walking or driving toward the Village Green, turn left onto Mt. Desert Street. At the end of the Green you can turn right toward Reel Pizza or the Fire Station, but don't do that! Instead, turn left and go down the dirt drive. You will see their sign pointing you in the right direction. Friendly and delicious, this restaurant is just one of the many local success stories that has been pleasing hungry people for years.

Our Favorite Hikes and Day Trips
This area is a bit off the beaten track, and we think the seascape is very peaceful and beautiful. As you drive down to Wonderland there is a small Drive-In Restaurant on the left called Charlottes. Great spot for a quick lunch and lobster rolls worth trying.
