Neighborhoods

Located a few miles south of downtown Seattle and easily accessible, Beacon Hill has become a flourishing neighborhood that grows by the day. It’s family-friendly, quiet, but has incredible neighborhood gems. Beacon Hill offers views of downtown, the Industrial District, Elliott Bay, First Hill, Rainier Valley, and when the weather is good, Mount Rainier and the Olympic Mountains. It is also one of the city’s most racially diverse neighborhoods, evident in its food scene.
