If you are willing to drive 21 minutes to Princeton, KY, you will eat at my favorite pizza place. Paglias also has a full menu including sandwiches, appetizers, and pasta.
My favorites are the hawaiian pizza and the house special. Don't forget to order ranch and chips for one of your appetizers. Trust me. :)

Knoth's barbecue has the best mild barbecue sauce in the world (in my opinion). It is a mustard based (carolina) type barbeque sauce. It is the home of the best barbeque sandwich in the area.
They also have the only coleslaw I ever eat. I do not like coleslaw and I love theirs. If you order the barbeque sandwich, put the slaw on the sandwich (trust me).
If anyone in your family is not into bbq, the cheeseburgers are amazing! They also have amazing milkshakes.
This is a long time family owned business and their hospitality is an experience in itself. :)

Pick up some bacon or country ham at Broadbent's! It is so delicious! Every time my family visits, they buy gift baskets from Broadbents. You can buy a lot of different snacks from there to take with you or order lunch!

Groceries + Supplies
Everyone who has been in the lake or fishing scene in Eddyville has visited Tom and Barbs. It is a nostalgic little mom and pop gas station that has the best and extremely affordable sandwiches. Barb is a gem and is always there running the store. It is a local favorite. We always stock up on lunch meat, bread and cheese when we are going out on the lake!
They did carry bait for a while but I am unsure if they still do!
Stop by for some Grippos and a sandwich.

Akridge is a hardware store. In the scenario where you may need something in that category, it is a must visit. They have the best customer service of any business I have ever visited (anywhere). It is a family owned and ran business and if they can't do something for you, they know who can help!

Lyon Drug is on Main Street in the heart of Eddyville. If you are in an emergency and need a prescription filled, they can do it!
Kids love visiting there because they give smarty suckers to kids when you pick up a prescription. It's the little things. :)

The Food Giant is our only local grocery store in Eddyville. It is locally and family owned. They serve hot meals in the back, have premade pizzas available to pickup, and most of your basic grocery needs for a visit to the lake.
