Neighborhoods
This is a small town with one stop light. The only thing open after eleven pm is the Speedway gas station. The main attraction is the beautiful Hanging Rock State Park, the Dan River and Belews Lake. The people are very friendly and are very accommodating to visitors. Greensboro and Winston-Salem are both a thirty minute drive from Walnut Cove if you need to go into the "city".
