A local special, my personal favorite beach! rarely busy, and water as blue as it gets on this island. The shore break here is arguably the biggest and strongest in the world and can be a lot of fun for experienced surfers, but not recommended for all visitors!

One of the North Shore most famous beaches. World-renowned for its massive swells during the winter. When the surf isnt massive it's a perfect place to take the family and enjoy blue clear water. Parking can be REALLY difficult. I suggest you get to the beach early as to not have to worry about it. If you can't find parking at the beach access your next best bet is Waimea Valley (across the street from the beach access) may offer parking for beach access.

Great for families! This can be a place you can spend all day at or just a couple of hours. Whenever my family comes to visit the island its one of the first places I take them. If you have young kids I suggest taking them during the day to see the villages theirs heaps of interactive activities for them to participate in.

The lilikoi butter mochi is my favorite but you can never go wrong with anything here! Great for people who are eating plant-based diets, but delicious for all!
