The park’s centrepiece, Gord Edgar Downie Pier, provides a convenient entry for swimmers to enjoy the water, with an accessible beach. Bring toys to play in the sandy beach area above the pier, then stroll down Waterfront Pathway through the park for a break after a delicious lunch, before heading back into the water.
