About 3 blocks north and 4 blocks south are public beaches with lifeguards, picnic tables, and rest rooms. Food markets, drug stores, shopping and other restaurants are within 2 miles. One block from the bud stop. A car js recommended.

The property is 4 buildings around a beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool. Your townhome is next to the pool. I enjoy eating breakfast on a table by the pool about 30 feet from my living room door.
