Minneapolis Snow Emergency
A Snow Emergency is a three day process to clear city streets of accumulated snow. You don’t want to be parked on the wrong side of the street during snow emergencies. The easiest way to stay informed of instructions is to download the Minneapolis Snow Emergency app. The second easiest way is to observe where others are parked when there is snow to be plowed. You have until 7:59 am to have your vehicle on the right side of the street. If you miss the instructions, your car will be towed to a place nearby. The app can help you locate it.
