Jeff and I would eat every meal at Cafe Kacao if we didn't need to fit into our pants! It is SO.GOOD. Authentic Guatemalan at it's finest! We normally eat here for breakfast (I'm a breakfast food during breakfast time of day kinda gal), but they serve breakfast ALL DAY (along with other dishes to suit your lunch and dinner desires). They serve fresh roasted coffee and use local milk from Marak Family Farm.
PRO TIP: Make a reservation! This place fills up fast! Use the Waitlist function on Yelp to reserve your spot and enjoy!

What comes next is up to you...Italian favorites like Eggplant Parmesan, Chicken Carbonara, Fat Tony's Pasta Special (speghetti with Cathy's sugo, red sauce), or Lasagna are always a good choice. Jeff and I normally get the Beef Tenderloin filet that comes with a side veggie and pasta dish. Enjoy with a bottle of Chianti and you're in food heaven!

If I'm not careful, chips & salsa could be my entire lunch. I try to save space for tacos. My go to is a beef taco and a side of black beans. Other days, when I'm more hungry, I get the Pick Two taco meal with a side of rice and beans.
If I'm low on responsibility for the rest of the day, I'll indulge in a Mexican cerveza or a swirl. :)
