Easy which ever way you do it!
For Truro, no need to take the car, much easier to park and ride from just outside the village ( £2pp, or£1pp on Saturdays) or walk 70mtres from your accommodation and there are regular busses to and from our village.

People often ask me if I can speak Cornish. The sad truth is that, no, I can’t – unless you include being able to say ‘Kernow Bys Vyken’ (Cornwall Forever).
It seems a shame when, in Wales, most people are fluent in Welsh. In some schools, entire lessons are conducted in the Welsh language only. So, why in Cornwall do we seemingly think so little of our Celtic heritage? Despite not speaking Cornish, there are lots of Cornish slang words and phrases t

There are many miles of magnificent walks and views.
Please take care near cliff paths. Please check tide times as some stunning beaches can turn into small cut off coves when the tide quickly comes in. ALWAYS use a lifeguarded beach and swim between the flags.
Beware of rip currents which could pull you out to sea. Float to live. If you see someone in trouble call 999 and ask for the Coastguard.
