Taxi vs Uber
Bucharest has very good Uber services. It is best to call an Uber from the airport and they will pick you up from the above ground parking lot at the airport, which is just across the street from the exit.
It is also a convenient and relatively cheap way to travel in the city (cheap compared to other EU capitals).
