Kynance cove is a fantastic, atmospheric place to visit. In summer it is beautiful with turquoise seas and white sands , but in winter the rugged granite rocks and huge Atlantic waves are tremendous.

Kynance cove is a fantastic, atmospheric place to visit. In summer it is beautiful with turquoise seas and white sands , but in winter the rugged granite rocks and huge Atlantic waves are tremendous.
The Helford River is a magical woodland spot on the southwest coast path with walks to Frenchman’s creek, st Anthony’s Dennis head which overlooks Falmouth and St makes and Tremayne quay .
There are two pubs which serve lunches and dinners. The shipwright arms on the village side of the river and the Ferryboat inn on the Helford passage side if you are heading to Falmouth.
