Whether you want a nice lunch or dinner in the evening, the Lone Star is a must. The food is delicious and the service always great. You can sit over looking the beach or in the restaurant its self. Best to book.

This is a great spot on the East coast for surfers. You can have a lovely tasty lunch at the Round House restuarant and hotel. We spend a night in the top room during a Full Moon, which was amazing.

Tap water in our opinion is absolutly fine.
There are frequent buses towards Hole Town and Speightstown with supermarkets in both directions. Jordan's supermarket is cheaper and the main one in Holetown has a lot of choice with more brands. Both have a pharmacy. If you want to buy veg and fresh fish there is a market 2 minutes away by John Moore's Rum shop, which is a must!!
If you want to adventure around Barbados in your own time, then you can hire a car at the airport, quickly and hassle free or alternatively you can take a friendly taxi.
