Gokasho Hina-Ningyo Dolls/Gokasho Omishonin-Yashiki
Hina Matsuri (Girls’ Day Festival) is one of the most important festivals in Japan. It is the day that families pray for the happiness and prosperity of their young daughters.

Hina-nagashi of Awashima Jinja
Many hina dolls dedicated from around the whole country are placed on small wooden boats. After a purification ceremony, these hina dolls are floated into the sea.
