Sightseeing

One of the must see places in Texas. Tours are different during the seasons. You and your family will learn from the different exhibits. If visiting with your kids be for sure that this magical place will give ideas and aspirations that for some will transform on their professions and could ended as the next American astronaut. They provide well descriptive facts about space programs. Better to download space center app before you go there and plan your visit, if you have allocated only one day for the visit. One day is not enough to cover all the tours and exhibits.

The Houston Museum of Natural Science (abbreviated as HMNS) is a natural history museum located on the northern border of Hermann Park in Houston. Great exhibits and there is always something new. Kids and adults love the museum. The presentation of everything is top notch. The flow control for the crowds and the spacing of the exhibits is executed well. Range of exhibits varies quite a bit. Their geode and crystals are exceptionally amazing. Pretty cool gift shop with items ranging from a few dollars to $10,000. Make sure to find out about free Admission on Thursday night. It can get busy, but still worth the crowds. The Museum is first class and so are the exhibits. Completely worth the money, and a must do when in Houston.

The Houston zoo is a first-class zoo that you shouldn't miss out. There is a wide collection of animals and they all have large, modern, clean habitats. The staff makes a clear effort to make sure the animals have proper enrichment. The Houston Zoo is not by definition an aquarium, but they also have a decent amount of aquatic life, fresh and salt water. They have extra activities such as giraffe feeding but they are extra. The zoo map is clear and easy to understand to navigate the park. It can take about 5 hours to see everything and there is a free., large parking lot in front. This is easily one of the best zoos in the world.
