There are small shop where you can buy sweet, cakes and souvenirs. You can bring your own lunch and eat it in one of the places intended for that purpose or eat in a cozy inn or get a hotdog at the hotdog stand

If you like history then this is the right place for you. You can learn about the history from when the first settlers came to the area now called Denmark and forward including the Viking history. The area around the museum is well worth some time as well. Hills, forest and beach. It is for sure a scenic area.
