We stumbled on this place on our last visit. The wings are very good and it is nice to not have to travel all of the way into Gatlinburg for a good meal. They had live music the night we were there. Really fun

The Cobbly Nob is right next to the welcome center at the front of the resort. The grocery store has some essentials if you're in a pinch and the cafe has pizza and burgers. They are just ok but very close

We tried this place as we got a gift card for here. We went back the next night for another meal! Good food not having to travel all of the way into town. Kind of old decor with chairs on wheels, but it works. You will see the large tree in front with beautiful lights. Good food, live music.

Sightseeing
We visited this attraction last time in Gatlinburg. We really enjoyed it. They are in the process of expanding it as well. There is zip lining, tree bridges, a mountain car ride, a garden, spectacular views, food drinks, it was a great way to spend a day.

There are several different spots to enter the park, each having it's own gorgeous views and hiking trails. It is the reason we decided to buy a cabin in the area and hopefully retire to someday.

This is one of the many hiking trails in the area. The trail head is in the Cosby campground about 10 - 15 minutes from the cabin.

This is nice hike. Very beautiful and only about 10 minutes from the cabin. It is inside of the Greenbriar entrance to the park just west of the Little Pigeon River. As soon as you cross the bridge for the river the entrance is on the left (Hungry Bear BBQ is on your right).

Porters Creek Trail
Porters Creek TrailThis is nice hike. Very beautiful and only about 10 minutes from the cabin. It is inside of the Greenbriar entrance to the park just west of the Little Pigeon River. As soon as you cross the bridge for the river the entrance is on the left (Hungry Bear BBQ is on your right).
Golf
The golf course is visible from across the street from our resot entrance. The course entrance is about a mile down on the left. I've played it twice and really enjoyed it each time.

We are located in the white oak resort community. There is a community pool with grotto and not tub, a tennis court with basketball hoop, horse shoe pit as well as available zip line on property grounds.
