Tripple falls and hooker falls are quite popular but very easy to get to for familys and very pretty. If you want to go on longer hikes there are more water falls deeper into the the park. You can also avoid most bike traffic if you desire as there are plenty of walking only trails.
For mountain biking there are a ton of awesome spots. If your a beginner or love flow, the lake imaging pond side of the park has some of the most popular trails in the region (ridge line). Fun fast lines and the difficulty of the trails is mostly up to how fast you go. Please be responsible with speeds and respect other trail users. If you want a harder slower more techy trail, check out the ceder rock side of the park. They are some of my favorite trails in the park. Excellent views, and some really fun tech climbs and rocky slick rock descents. If youve never ridden DuPont, this whole are is worth a visit, at least for a half day or days ride.
