A fast changing landscape with Seattle University in its midst and the main corridor of Pike and Pine St. A worthwhile evening of strolling these two streets exploring the queer bars, nightclubs, and music venues. Also a day time stroll to explore the art, small independent shops, and thrift stores.

Nicknamed “the center of the universe”, Fremont is fast changing by the influx of tech companies but still has a weird flair of makers, record stores, vintage, and music venues. We spend much of our time in this neighborhood because it’s within a decent walk’s distance from our place and has many of our go to spots.

Our neighborhood has one main strip of spots and is a mix of families and young university students. It’s an easy walk to see much of its offerings. We appreciate this neighborhood for the great mix of homes and incredible foliage packed into each block.
