Another guest favorite in a casual atmosphere. Something for everyone to like! This place is packed everyday. Our guest favorites are the Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, burgers and fries, and their steaks are delicious. The only entrée we don't like are their salads.

The BEST breakfast and brunch location hands down! Friendly family owned and everything is ooooohhh so yummy!! You may have to wait, especially on weekends to be seated. usually about 20 min. Worth the wait!!

Leavenworth, Kansas is the First City in Kansas and is home to a military base. The downtown is a great place to meander through local mom and pop shops. Some are not open on Sunday and Monday. Check each vendor and each season. The Mainstreet website gives a full listing of retailers. We have lived here since 2016 and have fallen in love with the quaintness of downtown Leavewnorth.

Want to experience a little bit of history and be transported to another time and place? Visit Fort Leavenworth for a self-guided tour, or sign up for a tour through Leavenworth Convention Bureau. (Must be done in advance). A brief background check will be conducted on all adults entering the fort (taking approximately 30 minutes) before entry is allowed. A self guided vehicle tour map is provided.
