To me Copenhagen is the perfect blend of old world and new. Hop on a bike or stroll the city on foot. Go see The Little Mermaid and Tivoli Gardens, Royal Guards, castles, etc.

The round Tower is one of Denmark's most famous buildings and was built by King Christian IV between 1637 and 1642. You have to walk 35 metres up the spiral ramp to get to the top, where the oldest working astronomical observatory of Europe is located.
