There are many unique Catskills restaurants and breweries in the area. See below for our favorites! All locations are approximately a 15min - 30min drive. Make sure to check duration of the drive prior to making plans. Also, many Catskills places can have limited days/hours when they are open so it's best to check google or call ahead.
The Fox and Hare is a wonderful new brewery and restaurant in historic Port Jervis. The historic building was completely renovated, and our coffee table downstairs was built from reclaimed wood from the buildout (pre 1900). About a 20 minute drive from the property.

Going to Rohman's is like stepping in a time machine. Built in 1849, it has survived fires and multiple ownerships. They have a "set your own pins" bowling alley, and a pool table. We really love this place. Outdoor restaurant/bar with really yummy Pizza. Located in Eldred, so just a 10 minute drive away. Also right next to an ice cream shop. Very chill.

There's something for everyone in the Catskills. Check out our list of favorite activities in the area. Most places are a 15-45 min drive so check duration of trip prior to making plans. Also Catskills businesses can have weird hours, so best to check their website or call ahead.
Delaware river rafting, canoeing, kayaking, and zip lining. If you ask nicely, sometimes they will let you park at the location at the bottom of our hill (literally a 3 minute drive) and then you can take their shuttle to the main facility, raft down the river, and then end your trip at the bottom of the hill.
