This is taken from answer to a guest in Trip Advisor from the owners themselves: " The original Fado is heard in the houses of Fado, sung by people who live only from music (professionals) and by people who have other professions and who go to Fado houses at night to express their soul (amateurs). In my case, I am a professional fado singer, with recorded CDs and many trips around the world where I sang. As a hobby I have the kitchen. Being my husband a Fado musician, we added the useful to the pleasant and opened up this space of Fado and home cooking."
