One of our best attractions is our boardwalk, El Malecon. This begins in Olas Altas and goes all the way through town. There is always something going on there. I recommend going right around sunset to hear the different music and see the painters, sand sculptors, etc.

This beach is only accessible by boat. You will need to take a bus or taxi to La Boca de Tomatlan. It is about twenty minutes south from the house. There, take a water taxi to Yelapa. Taxis usually run about every hour. You can also catch a water taxi at the pier in Los Muertos beach, but I think it only runs once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
