EAGLE. Highly recommended for those in the Eagle area. Superb burritos, extremely fresh, and packed with flavor… so delicious! Steak, chicken, salmon, grilled mahi-mahi, grilled shrimp, etc. I always end up ordering the salmon with spinach, but, the rest of my group always orders in the Ketchum burrito.

One of Idaho’s very best. The wealth of knowledge hosting this very special place full of so much treasure is incredibly awesome. I highly recommend it. Do not leave —or live in— Idaho without visiting this museum!!
Staff is eager to explain anything from Morse codes reflecting on clouds for extreme distances to wedding dresses made of parachutes (and the love story behind these). The museum is also a great tool for students with World War projects, including over 1300 recordings of Veterans and their story. Plus, a scavenger hunt for kids.
I was thoroughly impressed and I would run out of words and pages to explain how worth it is to visit this museum and its staff.
