Rabbit Hash has an old fashioned general store that's been around since 1831 and even burnt down a few years ago. It was unanimously decided to rebuild the store as it is a local gathering place for music around the wood burning stove on the weekends now for many years. The general store has provided the sense of community in this otherwise low populated area. It is a must if visiting the area. They're open daily from 10:00 am. to 7:00 pm.

Once covered with swamps, the land that makes up Big Bone Lick featured a combination of odorous minerals and saline water that animals found difficult to resist.

The Creation Museum has something for everyone from children to seniors. It's state of the art museum which guides you through biblical history featuring exhibits, botanical gardens, planetarium, zoo and adventure zip lines which I have done myself and thought it was a great experience.

The Ark Encounter is not only amazing, but is the largest timber framed structure in the world, and was built by standing dead timber built in part by skilled Amish craftsmen. It is a modern recreation of Noah's Ark that spans 510 feet long and 85 feet wide and 51 feet tall. It is a must see. This is a self guided tour and their shop is great.
