If you want to soak in the city lights, good music and great reasonably priced food, there is one amazing place to do all that on top of Manila’s highest residential skyscraper – 71 Gramercy.
P. Burgos Street in Makati is one of the most famous "red light districts" here in Manila. Even though it's known for the night clubs, neon lights, bars, cheap hotels and so on, even those who are not looking for "adult entertainment" can have fun there. For instance, there's a Greek restaurant I love (Argos Minibar) located in the heart of Burgos Street. And it's not the only one. There are other nice places to eat and drink, like La Tienda and El Chupacabra, in a walking distance from there. Actually, I don't think it's dangerous to walk on Burgos's surrounding areas at night. Of course, as in any other big city, you just have to stay vigilant.

Kaya is legitimately one of my favorite Korean restaurants in town. Korean cuisine is quite special to me; I feel that it's on the healthier side of the spectrum and thus I have a whole lot of respect for it. I also appreciate how it was so creatively crafted to provide just a little bit of everything to the partaker.

I'm not exaggerating when I say Tsumura is the best Japanese restaurant I've tried in Manila. I think it's even better then the best ones in Little Tokyo. No kidding. The fish is so fresh and the dishes are so tasty that I guess I'll get addicted to it. Tsumura is set in the heart of Makati's Central Business District. To find it, you have to enter the Corporate Plaza building and go to the 2nd floor. Nothing indicates there's a Japanese restaurant there. That's why I took so long to discover this wonderful place. Ok, let's talk about the present. And future. NOW it's my fave place to have sushi and sashimi.

The fish is so fresh and the dishes are so tasty that I guess I'll get addicted to it. Tsumura is set in the heart of Makati's Central Business District. Probably the most delicious burger in the Philippines! At an affordable cost. Closest to in & out burger you're going to get. I got the double when I was here in this monstrous mess is tasty.

Though the name sounds bit scandalous, it's actually a laundry shop!! With high Meralco bills, I prefer giving my laundry outside rather than doing it at home. This shop helps me afford to do that. For 40 peso per kg, you can have a machine wash, dry and fold for your clothes. Linens & Towels cost you only 55 per kg and you can have your comforters washed only for 90 peso per kg, which I think is pretty cheap. The best part is they have free pickup and delivery, so I save time making trips to the laundry. They are open 7days a week from as early as 6.am.
