Sightseeing
Butchart Gardens are a must see for most visitors who come to Victoria. Lucky for us it is only 25 minutes away from the cottage. It is incredibly beautiful, far exceeds what one would image of a garden attraction. In the summer months there is evening entertainment and on Saturdays nights a stunning fireworks display. I highly recommend packing or buying a picnic dinner complete with a nice bottle of wine and finding a spot on the lawn in the gardens to enjoy an early dinner, wander the gardens and then settle in for the nightly entertainment.
