Comedy Cabana is close an usually inexpensive. Birch Lane coffee is my favorite coffee shop. They also have pastries. Kroger is the closest grocery and they are also my preferred spot for value/selection. If you want cheap happy hour and bar food close by, back yard bar and grill is a decent option and walkable if need be. Fin Mcool's is a decent laid back atmosphere too. Tanger Outlet is close by, as well as Marshall's, Ross, and Walmart in the same area.
