A small market town with great independent shops. Fab deli, great sweetshop and lovely cafes. The markets are on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It is a lovely old town made more famous by Ed Sheeran for his Castle on the hill song and The Detectorists. Fabulous castle to walk around and climb the ramparts. Lovely walk around the castle and mere. Dogs allowed in the castle.
