So many beaches, walks, hikes through coastal forests. A real gem!
Tonquin Beach Trail is very close to the house and leads to Tonquin Beach, a fun little place to play in the ocean, picnic or just stroll with views of Vargas and Wickaninish Islands Head to the school field to the left of the house via Gibson St and walk through the field heading north past the swing sets where you'll find a trail. Follow it past the community centre where you should see the entrance to the trail network. About a 15 minute walk.

Ucluelet is a town not far from Tofino that has a similar but totally different vibe. Checkout the brewery, cafe's, restaurants and aquarium. The Wild Side trail is one of my favourites in the area leading walkers along a rugged coastal ramble. Good for families.
