public buses are the cheapest and best way to go around
one way ticket to go anywhere in the city is only 11 kn. if you wanna go further like Trogir or other side Omiš, its only 21 kn. Prepare change. Around city it gets you anywhere in less then 20 min, but further away it might take even an hour.
