Food scene

Mullumbimby Farmers Market is on every Friday 7-11 am. They offer plenty of great breakfast choices from buckwheat crepe, over vegan brekky to dumplings. Live Music, super fresh produce, exotic fruits and fresh bread are only a few of the things the farmers market has to offer. The farmers markets are also on: Thursday: outside Byron Bay (Cavanbah Centre car park) Tuesday: New Brighton Saturday: Bangalow A quick google search will lead you to the websites where you can find the exact location

Nature

There's a stunning walk from the Pat Morton Lookout near Lennox Head that you can hike all the way down to to Iron Peg/Rocky point rd. It's quite substantial if you do the whole walk and back. But even just watching the surfers from the lookout and doing part of the walk is great fun.

Minyon Falls are very impressive. There's two options here: You can enjoy the waterfall from the Minyon Falls lookout, the access to the lookout is quite easy and only requires a 15-20 min return walk. Or you can park at the Minyon Grass trail lookout and hike down to the falls. I'd recommend some experience at bushwalking/hiking if you want to do that. It's a beautiful hike and people actually swim in the waterfall. You can find more info on national parks website: https://www.nationalparks.nsw.gov.au/things-to-do/lookouts/minyon-falls-lookout

A must do when in Byron. We love the Byron lighthouse walk, it simply never gets old. You can start from the Pass car park or Wategos. If both those car parks are overflowing already you can park at Clarkes and add those 15 min onto the walk but at least get a car park :). There's a cafe and great views on top. At the right time of year you can spot wales. There is the option of driving up to the lighthouse, but parking spots are very limited.

Great dinner and even better Margaritas. They don't take bookings and sometimes it's a bit of a wait but we've never regretted it.

Best Pizza! It's a very small space so we had to get takeaway a few times. We think it's the best Pizza in town though
