Open wilderness with tons of trails located 1/4 mile from our condo. Great mild to moderate hikes for all travelers. Can also snow shoe or wear yak tracks in the winter.

Great spot at the end of the road for sledding in the winter (they provide sleds) and a music venue in the summer. Also it has a kids playground as well. Public restrooms. Great spot.

One of my favorite Colorado summer hikes on the other side of the pass. In July the wildflowers are beautiful. About a 5 mile moderate hike to an old mining site. Highly recommend.

My favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. They have the best date and walnut scone. They give you chocolate with your coffee. They serve beer and wine also AND they have a candy shop in the back so it's a win/win to bring the whole family.
