From here there is direct connection to Alexanderplatz, Central Railway Station (Hauptbahnhof), Friedrichstrasse, Warschauerstrasse or Ostkreuz (if you're going to Friedrichshain), or the cities of Potsdam and Spandau. The station is in a 6'-7' walking distance. Just take any train in direction east (S5 Spandau, S7 Potsdam), or the S75 Ostbahnhof if you're going to Friedrichshain.
