Do you know the taste of a fresh butter baked Danish pastry? A professional pastry chef with many years of experience will guide you through the different baking techniques and tips including kneading, rolling and folding the dough with butter. We will make a selection of traditional and delicious Danish pastries (Wienerbrød). The course will have a break with coffee/tea where you can try some of your Danish pastries and exchange your cultural/baking experiences. You can bring the rest of them home to share with your family. You work in stations of 2 so if you book this alone, please be aware that you will be paired with another baking enthusiast. But this is also a great chance to meet new people. Recipes: Very detailed recipes will be sent to your email after the class, so it is important that you leave your email-address. Kayaking at Väliväylä river, near village of Kannuskoski. Maximum leght of journey is 8 kilometers. We will paddle through small rapids at Kyykoski. Route gives enough challenge and variable views to Finnish nature and summer life. (At high water we have to carry kayaks over biggest rapid) Different kind of routes available. My background as an architect will give you a unique perspective of the old town in Stockholm through my photography. I will take you to the most beautiful and unexplored alleys of the old town for a unique photoshoot, which will remind you dearly in the future of your trip to Stockholm. Would you like to explore the arctic nature and traditional winter sport at the same time? Try the Norwegian national sport cross country? Come along with me! I do cross country course in different levels. And I’ll hope to teach, and show you the value and nature thru skiing. First, we'll meet up at the parking spot and start point. Then we go thru the equipment and basic information about cross country before starting. During the lesson and touring I’ll give you some technique advices and how to approve your skiing skills.
